1Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to OneStopGigs, operated by One Stop Stack Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada ("OneStopGigs," "we," "us," or "our"). 2Description of Services

OneStopGigs provides professional services through two primary divisions:

• Accounting & Financial Advisory: Monthly bookkeeping, financial reporting, management dashboards, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow planning, financial analysis and advisory, and financial modelling.
• Technology Solutions: Custom web application development, automation and system integrations, data-driven dashboards, reporting tools, and secure backend development.

The information and content on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional financial, legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice tailored to your specific circumstances unless you have entered into a separate written engagement agreement with OneStopGigs.

3Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use this Site or engage our services. By accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4Account Registration and Client Portal

Certain features of the Site, including the Client Portal, require account registration. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, provision of false information, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to OneStopGigs.

5Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, software, data compilations, the Knowledge Bank, project showcases, and the overall design and layout, is the property of One Stop Stack Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

• Access and view the Site for your personal or internal business use.
• Download or print single copies of pages for personal, non-commercial reference.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
